			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>i&#8217;ve been joining a health product association more than 3 years already but i only ate a few quantity of product because i find it very expensive but somehow i can feel the effectiveness of the product.is there any product out there which is effective, affordable, organic,wholesome &amp;etc. or can we buy the herbs ourself and boil the herbs before consuming.is that also effective compare to prepared in pill or other form found in market.actually i know money cannot buy health but if we spend to much on health product that eventually distubing other aspects of our life than it would be meaningless as well, is it. so i want to find economical way to take care of my family health.</p>
<p>maybe some of you would say eat less cholesterol, exercise more ,eat less junk food , eat more fiber or vegetables, sleep well and do not stress too much but nowadays those mentioned ways only partly worked we still need other kind of supplements to take care of our complex body.</p>

<p>Part memoir, part scientific reportage and analysis, a book for all of us who wish to know more about sleep, the condition which consumes one third of our lives. Greene &#8211; a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the patient representative on the board of the American Insomnia Association &#8211; addresses head on the neglect of this disorder that affects millions.</p>
<p>Herself an insomniac, she weaves together the story of her personal journey through a lifetime of sleepless nights; the experiences of other insomniacs; an in-depth study of sleep science and current research; and a detailed examination of what can be done to help those afflicted. You might call her work, as she notes, &#8220;a field guide to insomnia&#8221;.</p>
<p>Billy Collins writes, &#8220;The good news is that Greene&#8217;s book is all you ever need to read on the subject.&#8221; Green is a professor of literature and women&#8217;s studies at Scripps College &#8211; Cody&#8217;s Books</p>
<p>Gayle Green has published dozens of articles in scholarly journals such as Signs, Contemporary Literature, and Renaissance Drama, many of which have been reprinted in anthologies (e.g., Blackwell¹s Shakespeare: An Anthology of Criticism and Theory, 1945-2000,2004). She&#8217;s also published in more popular venues such as Ms Magazine, The Nation, The Women&#8217;s Review of Books, and In These Times.<br />
She&#8217;s a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, a professional medical society for researchers and clinicians, and a board member and the patient representative of the American Insomnia Association, an organization within the American Academic of Sleep Medicine.</p>
