With diabetes, there is acidosis & toxicity in the pancreas and adrenals, as that is where that person’s tissue ‘weaknesses’ just happen to lie. In someone else they could be somewhere else, meaning a ‘different’ so-called ‘disease.’

Tissue ‘weaknesses’ are passed down to us via our families, but more so from the environment of our upbringing within our families, than from the actual genes we share with them.

What causes acidosis and/or toxicity in the body?

What you eat
What you drink
What you breathe
What you put on your skin
What you put on your hair
What you think
What you feel

Generally speaking, our tissues can get ‘clogged up’ from too much meat, dairy, refined white sugar, and other processed foods.

If you want to get well & be healthy, one might try eliminating or reducing their intake of these clogging foods, as well as cleansing & strengthening one’s organs, glands & tissues so that they may function as they were designed to function.

How do we cleanse & strengthen all of our cells? By ALKALIZING them! How do we alkalize? Low-glycemic green vegetable juices is one way. Whole & raw fruits, vegetables & leafy greens are also good choices.

As your cells become more alkaline, the more they can easily rid themselves of acidic toxins, and the more they can perform their designated functions within the body.

If acidosis leads to disease, is there a way to tell if you already are in a state of acidosis? Yes. Possible symptoms might include:
- pain
- stiffness
- inflammation
- feeling mentally and/or emotionally ‘off’

When we alkalize, all of our cells get loosened up & everything just starts to flow more easily & freely, as they should be.

If I had diabetes, I would therefore change my diet to be a more alkaline one, full of raw, organic whole fruits & vegetables, as well as green juices.

I admit it, changing one’s diet can be VERY difficult for some. One possibility for this is because many of the foods in mainstream society are so concocted to literally contain addictive chemicals in them, to keep us coming back for more & more.

However, it IS possible to instead ‘get addicted’ to health, vitality & energy! It IS possible to instead ‘get addicted’ to making HEALTHY food choices!

Energize your body’s cells with LIVING elements!

Recognize that shifting to a healthy diet is easier said than done, so be patient with yourself! On the other hand, if you’ve essentially been given a death sentence like Dave the Raw Food Trucker was, you may find yourself miraculously changing your diet completely overnight! He had colon cancer, diabetes, kidney disease & had over 200 pounds of excess weight, so was almost at the end of the road w/ no time to lose. There is no one right way to go about this change, but please do yourself a favor & at least begin to change!

Be gently disciplined with yourself!
