Why is video of Obama showing that he wants to go to a single payer health system?

All along Obama has claimed that the "public option" will not cause people on Employer funded healthcare to lose coverage. Why is this video of Obama telling us a different story?

The "public option" is simply a pre-cursor to a single payer system and is designed to bankrupt private insure companies. I had an inkling about this awhile ago, the video just reinforces my thinking.
We have known the truth for quite some time. But there are those who don’t care. They just want their expenses paid at the cost of others.
