How do I make smoke for a health video?

My friend has to make a video for her health class saying why smoke is bad. So me and her are going to be smoking cigarettes were 13 so they are fake were making them out of paper but we wanna know how to make smoke with common houshold ingrediants. Thank you for any answer!
Thank you for your suggestions i ended up making a tube out of paper and mixing flour and sugar together and stuffed the mixture in the paper tube it looked so real and awesome when we blew out. but I accidently breathed it in and it hurt!
make a small tube out of paper, shove a bit of cotton wool at the end, and fill the tube with talcum powder, and blow out ;D
