Yes, purchase organic milled flax or simply purchase the whole seed and be sure to grind it in your coffee grinder! Add to oatmeal, muffins, yogurt (my favorite way). It’s best not to cook with it, but you can sprinkle it on top after the food item cools down a bit.

thats what i do too sometimes man oats and flax lowers cholesterol a bowl of that day and ur good.. expecially for a weight lifter like me.. im not pro or anything but sitll ive been doin it for 3 years now.. so much meat and peanut butter and eggs and extra everything so i jus had to find new ways to take a shit
