Anyone remember the health video about the alien who pretended to be a human to learn about diet? What was it?

Back sometime around 3rd grade (1998?) I remember a health video about an alien who went to earth to study humans and their dietary, nutritional habits. All I remember is that the kid talked funny, was really stupid, and wore his baseball cap really high on his head. Anyone remember this or have any more information about the program?
No, but it sounds real cute. I’d love to see this. I hope you can find a link to this info, in the meanwhile, I’ll check with a friend who teaches Health in the Elementary Schools here in Texas. If I find out, I’ll get back to you.

This video came out of Meade County Kentucky. My friend used to teach there.
She said it was decided by the school board not to show it anymore because the Fundamentalist Christians objected to its content because it went against the Biblical teachings.
We both tried to locate it through our friends who are also educators, but so far, no luck.
