ok im 16 and im a female
i wanna buy alot of books about health and periods everything i need to know like about irregular periods annd everything
i love to read and my mom never tlaked with me about it
any advice??thanks
You may want to check out some doctors first. Finding information on your own can be intimidating and not all books are acurate. I think that the best place to start is a women’s clinic. They are free so if you don’t have insurance it’s no big deal and if you do you can just go to your gynecologist. As a last resort you could also talk to your school nurse, but check first to see if it would be confidential.
If you really dont want to go to talk to a medical professional then Amazon, abebooks.com, Barnes and Noble, Borders Waldens, and of course your local library in the health and body section.
