Esto es mentira. Solo lo hace para hacer conferencias y ganar dinero diciendo parte de la verdad. Solo la parte que pareciera tener sentido pero que en la realidad no funciona asi. Yo sufro de crohn y esto no tiene nada que ver con lo que comes, pero lo que el dice es la mitad de la verdad, que es si tienes el colon inflamado y comes mucho te cae mal y si comes diary va a ser mas dificil de digeririr.
