Very simple. Have a healthy balanced diet-
I'm sure you've heard of all that talk about "so and so servings of grain and meat a day, dairy products, etc. etc." Well- that is true.
Avoid sweets and candy, and preserved food (canned food, chips, etc.)
Eat whole grain products as opposed to white bread, etc.
Eat 5 full servings of fruit or vegetable a day.
Yogurt is good for you because it has some lactose bacteria culture in it or something that helps with digestion.
One glass of wine a day is good for your heart.
Out of the three meats the healthiest is chicken, then pork (but cooked FULLY), then beef. (i.e. boil raw beef in a pot of water, take the beef out but leave the pot somewhere on a table. once it cools down, you can see the oil from the beef hardening into little jello-ish chunks. Now imagine those chunks, except- in your bloodstream. And no, your body is nowhere near as hot as a boiling pot of water.)
Daily multivitamins are good- Vitamins C, D, and E at LEAST.
AND PROTEIN!!!!!!!!!!!
Drink your milk- you'll be thankful when you're 50 and have healthier bones than all your non-milk drinking friends.
And, the last topic- excercise! =].

OH! I almost forgot, "early to bed and early to rise"? It isn't just a saying. Sleeping early and waking early gives your body a "rhythym" it can follow, and there is a sleep related chemical called melatonin that circulates throughout your body which acts to repair and help your body functions- and its circulation peaks between 12AM and 2AM.

All right flower I have the solution that you are looking for.

It is called the m&m diet. I want you to get a big bag of m&m's and have one with a large glass of watter every two hours. If you can do this you will loose weight. OK maybe it is simply drinking more water but the m&m's make it more fun.

Sorry to tell you that there is no such thing as "spot reduction," which means that you can't work an area and lose the fat that's on top of it. The path consists of eating a proper diet (cut out most fats, simple starches such as all white stuff--get whole grains only, excess sugar, and count your calories that you are getting each day), of doing some kind of resistance training (push-ups, dips, squats, etc. all of which you can do at home and you just need to google "in home workout" and you'll get tons of stuff), and of course you will have to do cardio.

Cardio is best done when you first get out of bed in the morning (since you've been fasting and your body will have to burn body fat instead of the food you've been eating all day if you do it in the afternoon), and doing at least 20 minutes (it take the full 20 minutes for your body to even start burning fat, if you stop at 20 minutes you won't be getting anything out of it) of cardio where your heart rate will be around 60-80%. Do this three times a week. It can be running, in-house cardio, sports (the best way since you will be too busy to think of how exhausted you're getting) or even walking some tough hills. Either way, it will take a little while, but the benefits will be anything from a great energy surge to metabolizing food within a couple of hours.

I would work out a lot and consider trying some supplements. I use creatine and whey protein and they both work very well for me. You could get Human growth hormone from your doctor. I f your still young enough and are growing it could help you gain a few inches.

CELERY!!!!! everytime. just buy a few stalks of celery next time and munch down on it. Keep it in a cooler or if in the fridge, run it over water before eating it. it's the healthiest thing you can eat, great for your teeth, and personally to me it's just water with a good earthy crunch to it so the complaining about the taste makes no sense. even still, eat it anyways plain, if it is an aquired taste, you'll be greatful for gaining it.

I had a baby at 25 with POS and a very minimal case of endometriosis without a hitch so..when I remarried at 37 and told my GYN (with whom I participated in a POS clinical study for) he told me I had better go home and get to work. He wrote me a script for Glucophage (one of the drugs in the study they had tested years back) and as an afterthoght and said if nothing happened in three months to take "these" and proceeded to write me a script for "litter maker stuff'' I got pregnant the next cycle with Glucophage (regulates blood sugar). Had 11 lb 7oz baby (note: that is not plural.

Good luck!
