Here are a list of toxic chemicals you can find in antiperspirants and deodorants;Aluminum chlorohydrate, aluminum zirconium tetrachlorohydrex gly or any aluminum compounds are the ingredients in underarm deodorant. It’s been suggested that they can contribute to breast cancer and Alzheimers Disease.
I use Toms deodorant it’s a natural product. I ran out one time and used some of my other stuff and ended up with a HUGE boil under my arm. That’s how toxic that stuff is. I switched back to Toms.

I will be taking a break from making youtube videos from 12/20-1/1. This is not a Christmas or holiday break. I am taking this time to take a break because I am tired. I put a lot of time and thought into making every video I post here on youtube.
I will be checking on comments, and possibly the occasional email on youtube.
***All products in this video were purchased with my own money, except the samadhi herbal deodorant. I am not being paid or compensated to talk about these products, and I am not affiliated with any of these companies***

In the summer of 2008, Shifu Yan Lei took photographer Manuel Vason and a crew to China to take photos for his book: Instant Health: The Shaolin Qigong Workout For Longevity.
In his book, as well as sharing his personal journey to Shaolin, he teaches the original Buddhist Qigong form called Ba Duan Jin exactly as it was transmitted to him by his master: The Shaolin Abbot, Xi Jong Xin. He also gives detailed instructions on stretching, stances, the complete Qigong breathing technique, and the Instant Health self-massage.
Shaolin Qigong is not just for martial artists but for anyone who wants to live a long and healthy life. The exercises that are taught can be adapted to suit any age or lifestyle.
This is behind the scenes footage of when Shifu went back to see his abbot. He hadn’t seen him since he had studied as a boy at the temple.

What is the approximate markup of natural health products sold by health stores?
Posted by admin on Dec 25, 2009
I’m starting a small wholesling business (1 product at a time).
If the product has a retail sale price of £10-12, what would the retail store be willing to pay for it?
As a general rule, purchase cost less than 1/2 retail .. in this case less than £5 – £6 …
.. however in the ‘luxury’ / ‘health’ market, markups can easily be x10 (so £1 to £1.20).
Go look in any ‘Body Shop’ store .. consider the large number of staff ‘hanging around’ (they never seem to be doing anything, but they all have to be paid) .. consider the wide open spaces, fancy packaging of the products (packaging has to be paid for, as do the workers who (manually) wrap the product) .. plainly this has to be a ‘high end’ business (high mark-ups)
Then contrast with eg. Woolworth’s .. see the goods plied high on shelves crammed together with almost zero isle space and one or two tills with staff (if you can find any) working their b*lls off .. plainly this is the low end (low mark-up) business …
Are there any health concerns/consequences of french kissing?
Posted by admin on Dec 25, 2009
Assuming its confirmed that both partners do not have open wounds or sicknesses, and both partners do not have any STD’s. are there any health concerns or chances that you might get STD’s eg herpes?
To address herpes specifically, You can have it and not know it. If you ask a doctor to do a battery of std tests, herpes is not included. A person must ask specifically for that blood test.
You can be a carrier without ever having any symptoms. You can also pass it along without any symptoms.
So I would ask if there really aren’t any stds and if there are none then NO you can’t contract anything.
